Why SAVA?

The founders of SAVA Trading Company, Kurtis and Holly, have a story to share! In 2012 they moved from the comforts of America and followed their passion to live amongst the Malagasy in Sambava, Madagascar.

Over the next few years they were able to learn the local language, build relationships with the Malagasy, learn culture, and begin to use their passion to influence the lives throughout the communities in the region. In 2014 they were required to relocate, but the people in the SAVA region still held a special place in their hearts.

Cultivating Change

Since leaving Madagascar they began to pray and focus on how to directly impact the people they had grown to love and provide ways to alleviate poverty, provide opportunities for education, and see the Malagasy empowered to create change in their communities.
